Step 1: Upload all APPLICABLE transaction files to My Private Folder. Mandatory documents are in BOLD.

Step 2: Fill out our Bank Info Form and input your bank information.
Payment Requests
- Kindly make sure Steps 1 & 2 above are completed.
- Fill out the Commission Info Form to input details of your commission. We will contact you once we’re able to establish a direct deposit date or if we need more information.
