  • Commission Agreement

  • For Lease Transactions instructions, click here.

> Real Estate Referrals

  • Referral Agreement

Step 3: Fill out the following forms and upload to My Private Folder.

  • Transaction Form
  • Commission Disbursement Form (CDF)

Step 4: Request the broker’s signature on the Commission Disbursement Form in 3 ways.

Option 1 – Send an email to brokeradmin@usrealtyhub.com (please note the file name or folder).

Option 2 – Request through your e-Signature account (DootLoop, DocuSign, etc.).

Option 3 – Use the “Send for Signature” feature within  My Private Folder.

Step 5: Once the CDF is signed by the broker, you will need to send it to the person who will disburse the commission.

Please don’t wait until the last minute to request the signature. We recommend 2 business days. DO NOT EMAIL US ANY DOCUMENTS! Upload everything to My Private Folder.
