It is recommended that teams have their own internal agreements about structure, branding, and inter-team operations. With respect to payment of real estate commissions, all of the paperwork, including Commission Disbursement Forms, can accommodate multiple payees. Our policies and procedures are applicable to both teams and individual agents.
